y99pro Terms & Conditions — Your Complete Guide to Platform Rules

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions shall apply throughout this document and all supplementary policies published by y99pro:

• "y99pro," "we," "us," "our" refers to y99pro, the licensed international gaming operator that owns and operates the platform accessible at y99pro.net and all associated subdomains.
• "Platform" refers to the y99pro website (y99pro.net), any mobile-optimised versions thereof, and all gaming software, interfaces, and services made available through y99pro to registered account holders.
• "Player," "you," "your" refers to any natural person who has registered a y99pro account or who accesses any part of the y99pro Platform.
• "Account" means the individual, personal gaming account opened by a Player following successful registration and identity verification on the y99pro Platform.
• "PKR" means Pakistani Rupee, the primary currency in which y99pro accounts are denominated for players based in Pakistan.
• "Real Money Balance" means the deposited PKR funds held within a Player's y99pro Account, excluding any bonus funds unless specifically converted following satisfaction of applicable wagering requirements.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free spins, free bets, or other promotional entitlements credited to a Player's Account subject to bonus terms.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the multiplier applied to bonus funds specifying the total amount a Player must wager before bonus funds may be converted to withdrawable real money balance.

By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the y99pro Platform, you unconditionally accept these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with y99pro's Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, Bonus Terms, and any game-specific rules published on the Platform from time to time. These documents collectively form the entire agreement between you and y99pro.

If you do not accept any part of these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately cease accessing or using the y99pro Platform and, if registered, contact y99pro support to close your account. Continued use of the Platform following any posted revision to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms & Conditions are published in the English language, which shall be the binding version in the event of any dispute or interpretive ambiguity. y99pro may publish translated summaries for convenience, but the English text controls in all cases.

Access to and use of the y99pro Platform is subject to the following eligibility conditions, all of which must be satisfied at all times during your use of the Platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. y99pro applies a minimum age of 21 years to all account holders, irrespective of the minimum age in your local jurisdiction, as a responsible gaming measure.
• You must be a natural person (not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity) registering on your own behalf.
• You must not be a resident of or physically located in a Prohibited Territory at the time of registration or any subsequent gaming session.
• You must not be self-excluded from y99pro or from gambling services generally under any applicable self-exclusion register.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of your jurisdiction.
• You must not be an employee, officer, director, agent, or immediate family member of an employee of y99pro or any of its affiliated gaming software suppliers.

y99pro reserves the right to request documentary evidence of eligibility at any time, including verified Pakistani CNIC, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by y99pro may result in Account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals pending verification.

Each individual Player may hold only one (1) registered y99pro Account at any time. The operation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether in the same name, different names, or through proxy registration — constitutes a serious breach of these Terms and will result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of all balances and bonuses held across the duplicate accounts.

When registering your y99pro Account, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name as it appears on your Pakistani CNIC, your date of birth, your current residential address, a valid email address, and a Pakistani mobile number. You undertake to maintain the accuracy of this information throughout your time as a y99pro Account holder and to notify y99pro immediately of any changes.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your y99pro Account login credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes. y99pro shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials. If you suspect unauthorised access to your Account, you must contact y99pro support immediately.

y99pro reserves the right to suspend or terminate any Account at its discretion where:

• The Account holder is found or suspected to be ineligible under Section 3 of these Terms;
• The Account is associated with fraudulent, abusive, or collusive activity;
• The Account holder has provided false or misleading information during registration or KYC;
• The Account holder has breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions;
• y99pro is required to do so by its licensing authority or applicable law.

y99pro accepts deposits from Pakistani players via the following payment methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL Online Transfer, UBL Internet Banking, Meezan Bank Transfer, and standard bank transfers from verified Pakistani bank accounts. All deposits are processed in PKR and credited to your y99pro Real Money Balance in PKR.

Minimum and maximum deposit amounts apply per payment method and are displayed on the y99pro cashier page at the time of deposit. y99pro reserves the right to amend deposit limits with reasonable notice to Account holders.

All deposits must be made from payment methods owned and verified in the Account holder's name. Third-party deposits — where the payment originates from an account belonging to a person other than the registered y99pro Account holder — are strictly prohibited and will result in deposit reversal, Account suspension, and potential forfeiture of associated winnings.

y99pro does not charge deposit processing fees; however, your payment provider (JazzCash, EasyPaisa, or banking institution) may apply their own transaction fees, for which y99pro accepts no responsibility.

Players may request withdrawal of their Real Money Balance at any time, subject to the following conditions being satisfied: (a) the Account holder has completed full KYC identity verification; (b) there are no pending responsible gaming restrictions on the Account; (c) the minimum withdrawal amount for the chosen payment method has been met; and (d) no active fraud investigation is ongoing in relation to the Account.

Withdrawals are processed back to the same payment method used for the originating deposit, wherever operationally possible. y99pro reserves the right to request additional verification documents prior to processing any withdrawal, including but not limited to proof of payment method ownership, CNIC copy, or proof of residential address.

y99pro targets processing JazzCash and EasyPaisa withdrawals within 5 to 30 minutes of approval for verified accounts. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to 3 banking days depending on HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, or other receiving institution processing times. y99pro is not responsible for delays attributable to the receiving financial institution.

y99pro reserves the right to perform enhanced due diligence on withdrawal requests exceeding PKR 100,000 or where the account withdrawal pattern is inconsistent with the account's deposit and gaming history. Such reviews do not prejudge the legitimacy of the withdrawal but are conducted as a regulatory compliance measure.

y99pro offers promotional bonuses to Pakistani players from time to time, including but not limited to welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and PSL season promotions. All bonuses are subject to specific bonus terms published alongside each promotion. In the event of any conflict between these general Terms & Conditions and the specific terms of a promotion, the specific promotion terms shall prevail with respect to that promotion.

General bonus conditions applicable across all y99pro promotions include:

• Bonuses are awarded at y99pro's discretion and may be withdrawn or modified at any time without prior notice, except in respect of bonuses already claimed by an eligible Account holder.
• Each promotion may only be claimed once per Account, per household, per device, and per payment method unless the promotion terms explicitly state otherwise.
• Wagering requirements must be satisfied within the validity period stated in the promotion terms. Unused bonus funds and associated winnings expire at the end of the stated validity period.
• y99pro reserves the right to void bonuses and any winnings derived from bonuses where it determines that a Player has exploited a promotion in bad faith, engaged in bonus abuse, or placed wagers that conflict with the spirit of the promotion (including but not limited to hedging bets across multiple outcomes).
• y99pro employees, their immediate family members, and affiliated partner employees are not eligible for any y99pro promotional offers.

All games available on the y99pro Platform — including cricket betting markets, live casino games, slots, and any other gaming products — are subject to their respective individual game rules, which are published within the game interface or accessible from the y99pro help centre. It is the Player's responsibility to read and understand the rules of each game before placing real-money wagers.

In the case of cricket betting, the following general rules apply at y99pro unless the market-specific rules state otherwise:

• All bets are placed at the Player's own risk. Once placed and confirmed, bets are binding and cannot be cancelled except where y99pro expressly permits pre-match cancellation within a specified window.
• In-play bets are settled on the official result declared by the relevant governing body (e.g., the Pakistan Cricket Board for PSL, or the International Cricket Council for international fixtures).

• Accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Territory using a VPN, proxy, or any other method designed to mask the Player's true location;
• Opening or operating multiple y99pro Accounts, directly or through proxies;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence to place bets or interact with any part of the Platform;
• Engaging in match-fixing, corrupt betting activity, or placing bets based on insider information not available to the general public;
• Colluding with other Players or third parties to gain an unfair advantage in any game;
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities to gain an illegitimate advantage — any winnings derived from known or unknown software errors are void;
• Using the y99pro payment infrastructure for money laundering, structuring, or any other financial crime;
• Providing false or misleading information at any stage of the registration, KYC, or payment processes;
• Threatening, abusing, or harassing y99pro staff or other Platform users.

y99pro is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices among all Pakistani players. y99pro provides a suite of responsible gaming tools accessible via the Account settings dashboard, including deposit limits, session time limits, reality check notifications, cool-off periods, and self-exclusion options.

Players may set deposit limits (daily, weekly, or monthly) which are enforced immediately upon activation. Requests to increase existing deposit limits are subject to a mandatory 24-hour waiting period before the increase takes effect. Requests to decrease limits are implemented without delay.

Self-exclusion is available for periods ranging from 24 hours to permanent account closure. Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for their personal, non-commercial gaming purposes in accordance with these Terms. By registering a y99pro Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data — including your CNIC details, contact information, gaming activity, financial transaction records, and device information — for the purposes of account administration, KYC compliance, fraud prevention, responsible gaming enforcement, and customer support.

y99pro does not sell personal data to third parties. Data is shared only with payment processors (JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank), identity verification service providers, game software providers, and licensing/regulatory authorities where required. All third-party data processors are bound by contractual data protection obligations consistent with y99pro's Privacy Policy.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, y99pro's total aggregate liability to any Player — whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount of real money deposited by that Player into their y99pro Account during the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

y99pro expressly excludes liability for:

• Any loss of profits, loss of business, loss of winnings (except as specifically provided under gameplay rules), loss of data, or any indirect or consequential loss;
• Service interruptions caused by internet connectivity issues, Pakistani network provider outages, or force majeure events;
• Loss arising from unauthorised account access where the Player has failed to maintain the security of their login credentials;
• Decisions made by Players in reliance on any information published on the Platform that is subsequently found to be inaccurate.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit y99pro's liability for death or personal injury caused by y99pro's negligence, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

Either party may terminate the Account relationship at any time. Players may request voluntary Account closure by contacting y99pro support — any Real Money Balance remaining on the Account at the time of closure will be processed for withdrawal to the Account holder's verified payment method, subject to standard KYC requirements being satisfied.

y99pro may terminate or suspend any Account immediately and without prior notice where it determines that a Player has breached these Terms, engaged in prohibited conduct, or where Account closure is required by regulatory instruction. Where termination results from Player breach, y99pro reserves the right to void any bonus funds and associated winnings. Real money deposits will be refunded net of any amounts owed to y99pro.

Upon Account closure, y99pro will retain transaction records and personal data for a minimum period required by its licensing obligations and anti-money-laundering regulations.

In the event of a dispute between a Player and y99pro regarding any aspect of Platform use, gameplay outcomes, payment processing, or bonus administration, the Player should first contact y99pro's customer support team. y99pro commits to acknowledging all formal complaints within 24 hours and providing a substantive response within 5 working days.

These Terms & Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which y99pro is licensed. y99pro and each Player irrevocably agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction for the resolution of any dispute.

y99pro reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where amendments are material — meaning they could adversely affect Players' rights or obligations in a significant way — y99pro will provide notice to registered Account holders via email to their registered address and/or an in-platform notification, with a minimum of 14 days' notice before the amendment takes effect.

For non-material amendments (such as typographical corrections, clarifications that do not change the meaning of any provision, or updates to contact details), y99pro may update these Terms without prior notice, with the updated version taking effect upon publication on the y99pro Platform.

The current effective version of these Terms & Conditions is always the version published at y99pro.net/terms-conditions. Players are responsible for reviewing this page periodically. Continued use of the Platform following any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
